Rental Program Terms & Conditions

These Rental Program Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all rentals conducted by Dodin Delivery, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By entering into a rental transaction with the Company, the customer (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agrees to the following terms and conditions in full:

1. Independent Business

Dodin Delivery, LLC is an independent company incorporated in the State of Nevada. The Company is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected in any way to any other company, organization, or entity.

2. Warehouse Location

All rental items are fulfilled and processed through the Company’s warehouse located in Santa Ana, California. The physical location of the warehouse shall not be deemed to alter or affect the Company’s Nevada corporate domicile.

3. Deposit Requirement

A deposit is required for all rentals without exception. The deposit amount will be disclosed at the time of order or rental agreement. Deposits will be refunded only upon the timely return of all rental items in acceptable condition, subject to the Company’s inspection and approval. The Company reserves the right to withhold all or part of the deposit to cover replacement costs, repair costs, or other damages incurred as a result of the Customer’s failure to return items in satisfactory condition.

4. Rental Term

The minimum rental term is thirty (30) consecutive days. Early returns shall not entitle the Customer to a refund, credit, or reduction in fees. The rental term shall commence on the date the rental items are made available for pickup or delivery and shall conclude upon the date the Company accepts the return of all items in accordance with this Agreement.

5. Condition of Returns

All rented bags and equipment must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally provided. Damaged, broken, or unusable bags will not be accepted as valid returns. In the event of such returns, the Customer shall remain liable for the full replacement cost of the item(s), in addition to the forfeiture of any applicable deposit.

6. Payment and Fees

Full rental payment and deposit are due in advance of the rental period. All payments are non-refundable once the rental term has commenced. Late returns may be subject to additional rental fees or penalties as determined by the Company at its sole discretion.

7. Customer Responsibilities

The Customer assumes full responsibility for the safekeeping, proper use, and timely return of all rented items. Rental items shall not be resold, subleased, or transferred to any third party. The Customer agrees to use all rental items solely for their intended purpose and in compliance with applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dodin Delivery, LLC shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from the Customer’s use or misuse of rental items. The Customer assumes all risk and liability associated with the possession, transportation, and use of the rented items during the rental period.

9. Termination of Rental

The Company reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate any rental at any time if the Customer fails to comply with this Agreement or fails to remit required payments or deposits.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. The parties expressly acknowledge that the Company’s corporate domicile is in Nevada, and any disputes shall be adjudicated in the appropriate courts of that state.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the complete and exclusive agreement between the parties regarding the rental program. No oral or written representations, warranties, or agreements outside of this Agreement shall be binding on the Company.
